Neptune Ultra

Biodys introduces the Neptune Ultra series, a series of inline ultrasonic Biodiesel cavitation reactors. Ultrasonic technology uses non-inertial cavitation to shorten transesterification time considerably, even at low temperatures. The overall average temperature of the reaction mixture remains constant at 30 – 54′C, while non-inertial cavitation improves reaction by creating extremely high local pressure and temperature differences in the mixture.
