Biodiesel?

Biodys is a global supplier of turnkey biodiesel production equipment. Our systems and solutions are used from Finland to New Zealand and from Korea to Chile. They range from small systems for educational and home use up to industrial plants producing thousands of liters of biodiesel per hour.

Biodiesel is the street name of methylester, a non-toxic, almost-non-polluting carbon-neutral fuel made from vegetable oil (and sometimes animal fats) and an alcohol. Biodiesel can be used in any diesel engine, either pure or mixed with normal diesel. Biodiesel can be made from rapeseed, sunflower, soy and palm oil and many others. And the good news: anyone can produce it. And a lot of people do.

In Africa farmers become independent of big oil companies by producing their own fuel. Farmers in Europe use part of their oil production to run their tractors on. Many people around the world collect used vegetable oil from restaurants and make a valuable product out of it: biodiesel. For own use and community use. With waste vegetable oil, biodiesel costs only a fraction of diesel at the gas station.
