New ultrasonic reactor
Sonics Ultra II
Biodys adds a new ultrasonic reactor system to our program, the Sonics Ultra II. The Ultra II is high intensity ultrasonic probe which can easily be installed in a regular pipeline of any existing biodiesel plant.
Adding the Ultra II to your plant will increase the production capacity, decrease the required size of your regular reactors or even replace them entirely, improve methylester conversion, lower the amount of required methanol and catalyst and/or lower the required reaction temperature and time.
In short, the Sonics Ultra II does it faster and better. Thanks to the small size the unit can be installed into any regular 2″ pipeline with an elbow and a tee. No special reactor vessels are requierd. And thanks to the small size, it can be shipped to you worldwide at minimal cost.
The Sonics Ultra II can also be used in extraction of oil from algae. Please contact us for specifics on this application.
